Martine Nolin-Simard is the founder of Gestion POM Management Inc.
Martine has been working in the Real Estate field for over 20 years, gaining experience in all aspects of managing, buying, financing and selling properties. She has also acquired knowledge and experience in the Landlord and Tenant processes in both Ontario and Québec. Being a rental-property owner and managing these properties, Martine knows first-hand the challenges and benefits of being a property owner.
Martine has also been managing Ottawa and Eastern Ontario condominium corporations in collaboration with the Board of Directors for over 8 years. She has received the designation of Registered Condo Manager (RCM) and the General Licence for Condo Management, as required by the new Condominium Laws and norms established through the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). Your corporation can benefit from having a Manager like Martine who can guide you through the regular processes required by the Condominium Law Act and specific obligations not always familiar to Board members. Martine thrives in working as a team member to ensure that your Condo community is pleasant and your investment continues to grow.
Francoise Levasseur is a dynamic member who joined our team in 2014, bringing with her 10 years of experience in customer service. Her studies in Administration make her a great manager in charge of the residential tenancy section of the firm. Françoise’s strong work ethic, her integrity and efficiency are qualities that are an asset to POM Management.
She recognizes the value and importance of building and maintaining strong business relationships with our tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues in the field. Her attention to detail and care for others will provide satisfaction to you, property owners, that your property is in good hands; giving you Peace of Mind.
Sacha is one of the newest members of our team, working closely with Francoise as junior property manager. She brings with her over 5 years of experience in property management in Ontario and 10 years of administration and customer service experience. Sacha is looking forward to adding her personal touch to everyday interactions with coworkers, tenants, owners and contractors alike with her positive and professional attitude.
With Steve at the helm, Gestion POM introduced the Repair and Maintenance section. Steve joins the team with numerous years of experience in a variety of fields, but he is also licensed in heating, cooling and ventilation. He is an asset for the company with his resourcefulness, his attention to detail and he is proactive in his approach. The team can now offer a more complete service to its clients, and always with a smile.
This responsible, dynamic and professional young lady has joined the condo management section of our team. Geneviève assists Martine in helping meet the condominium associations’ needs. You will find a motivated and enthusiastic woman, ready to learn and help our clients. It is with great pleasure that we welcome her in POM Management’s team.
